The silk is stretched over the internal iron frame, preserving the sculptural lotus silhouette while allowing the light source to glow softly through the surface.

Why Silk The Shade Itself Becomes the Light.
Silk does more than hide the bulb. Its natural translucency spreads the light across the entire shade, reducing harsh hot spots and giving Saya the soft internal glow that defines the design.

Standard replaceable sockets make future bulb changes simple. For the warmest silk effect, a 2700K–3000K light source works especially well with the ivory shade.
Suspension 59" Adjustable Cord
Shorten the drop during installation. Additional suspension length can be prepared for taller ceilings on request.
Silk care is simple — but keep it dry.
Remove dust with a soft dry brush. Do not wet-clean, steam or iron the silk, and keep the shade away from direct heat sources.

Which Saya size should I choose for a dining table?
The 19.7" version works well above smaller dining tables. The 23.6" two-light version is a versatile choice for many six-seat dining tables, while 26.8" gives larger dining rooms more presence.
Is the shade real silk?
Yes. Saya uses hand-stretched silk over a slim white iron frame, rather than a synthetic silk-look fabric.
Are the bulbs included?
Yes. Compatible E26 / E27 LED bulb(s) are included, with bulb quantity matching the selected fixture configuration.
Can I request a longer hanging length?
Yes. The standard suspension is 59". Additional length can be prepared for taller ceilings on request.
