Standing 72.8 inches tall, the Akari UF4-33N combines the visual presence of a floor sculpture with the soft glow of handcrafted Washi paper. Designed for rooms where a smaller floor lamp would disappear.
Handcrafted Mulberry Washi
Natural Washi fibers soften the bulb across the tall shade, creating a warm diffused glow while keeping the subtle texture of the paper visible.

At Ø19" × H72.8" (Ø48 × H185 cm), this is a deliberately tall statement lamp. It works best where there is enough open space around it to appreciate the full silhouette.

Simply place the lamp on a stable floor surface and plug it in. An in-line ON/OFF switch is located on the cord.

Will this lamp feel too large in a standard room?
The UF4-33N is intentionally tall at 72.8". It is best suited to larger rooms or spaces with approximately 9 ft or higher ceilings where the vertical silhouette has room to breathe.
How do I care for the Washi paper?
Gently remove dust with a dry feather duster or soft microfiber tool. Do not wet-clean, spray with cleaners, steam or use a damp cloth.
