A Broad Pear-Shaped Glow at a Lower Scale
The 23N trades the height of a traditional column floor lamp for a fuller pear-shaped silhouette. At 43.3" tall and 29.5" across, it brings soft Washi light and sculptural presence closer to sofa and armchair level.
Size & Floor Scale
The 23N is shorter than a typical tall floor lamp, but its 29.5" width gives it substantial visual presence. Check both the height and the available floor area before ordering.
Its fuller lower profile works especially well where a six-foot floor lamp would feel too vertical, but you still want a substantial sculptural object in the room.

The rounded lower body gives the 23N a fuller footprint than a narrow column lamp, while the 43.3" height keeps the light visually lower in the room.
Washi Paper Shaped into an Organic Pear Form
The off-white paper follows a rounded, tapered frame with visible horizontal ribbing. The irregular paper texture softens the geometry and becomes more luminous when the lamp is switched on.

The large Washi surface diffuses the bulb across the pear-shaped shade instead of producing a directional beam. A 3000K warm-white bulb is included.
A 59" / 150cm cord with inline ON/OFF switch makes setup simple. Custom cord extension is available on request.
The 23N is not especially tall, but it is a substantial floor lamp laterally. Give the paper shade enough clearance from walls, furniture and high-traffic paths, and place the base on a firm, level floor.

Good to Know
Does the 23N need a high ceiling?
No. At 43.3" tall, it does not need the vertical clearance of a six-foot floor lamp. The more important measurement is its 29.5" width, so check the available floor space around the shade.
Is it suitable for reading?
The 23N is designed primarily for soft ambient light. It can support relaxed evening reading beside a sofa or armchair, but detailed or prolonged reading is better paired with a directional task lamp.
Can the lamp be dimmed?
Yes, when used with a compatible dimmable E26/E27 bulb and a suitable inline dimmer or smart-bulb solution. The standard cord switch itself is ON/OFF.
How do I clean the Washi paper?
Dust gently with a dry feather duster or microfiber cloth. Do not use water, cleaning sprays, steam or a damp cloth. Keep the paper away from humid areas and direct heat.
